euvoluntar.ro is an online platform, developed by Asociația Centrul de Cercetare și Formare a Universității de Nord Baia Mare, with the support of Asociația START pentru PERFORMANȚĂ and Asociația Vis Juventum, on the basis of Contract POCU/738/4/20/136355 - project „Viitor la cheie – prima camera”.

Access to and the use of the platform (hereinafter referred to as the "site") is subject to the terms and conditions below.

The terms and conditions may be modified at any time by the administrator of the site, hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator", without prior notification to the persons using it, hereinafter referred to as "Users".

Users will have permanent access to the terms and conditions for the use of the services so that they can consult them at any time.

 

2. Description of the euvoluntar.ro platform

euvoluntar.ro is an online platform for the non-governmental sector and community members who want to offer opportunities or become volunteers, with several facilities:

Linking supply and demand for volunteering at national and European level;

Creation and issuance of volunteering certificates, by non-governmental organisations or public institutions working with volunteers, according to Law 78/2014.

3. Access to the platform

Access to the platform is through a password account, made by a) any natural person who wishes to apply for volunteering activities b) any non-governmental organization or public institution wishing to advertise an opportunity for recruiting volunteers or wishing to issue volunteering certificates, according to Law 78/2014.

4. General rules

The site administrator declares the following:

• will use all reasonable endeavours to achieve the purpose of the site;
• will make every effort (technically or otherwise) to ensure that the website functions properly;
• as new circumstances of any kind arise which require it, the Administrator may modify the conditions and terms of use.

5. User obligations

Users shall accept the following conditions:

• not to publish, transmit or distribute information that may be harmful, obscene, defamatory or illegal;
• not to use this site in a way that may infringe the rights of other sites;
• not to use any software application or device that may interfere with this site or upload or otherwise make available files that contain inaccurate data or viruses;
• obtain or attempt to obtain unauthorised access by any method.

It is forbidden to use the site for advertising purposes or for any kind of request/offer that is of a commercial nature.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to and use of this site if you violate the Terms and Conditions.

6. Conditions of use of the information on the site

You may retrieve, read, print or distribute any information from this site, provided that you reproduce each and every copyright or other proprietary rights notice contained in any information you retrieve from the site. However, you may not modify, reuse, republish or use the content of the site for public or commercial purposes, including herein text, images, sound, video, without the written permission of Asociația Centrul de Cercetare și Formare a Universității de Nord Baia Mare and/or the user whose content is concerned.

You should also be aware that anything you see or read on this site is copyrighted without further notice.

7. Processing of personal data - Privacy Policy

According to the requirements of Law no. 677/2001 for the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, as amended and supplemented, and Law no. 506/2004 on the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy, the Asociația Centrul de Cercetare și Formare a Universității de Nord Baia Mare - Section I is obliged to manage safely and only for the specified purposes, the personal data provided.

By filling in the User registration form, the participant declares that he/she expressly and unequivocally consents to his/her personal data being entered into the database of the Asociația Centrul de Cercetare și Formare a Universității de Nord Baia Mare and being processed and used in the future by it. The purposes of collecting your data are as follows:

• Linking the user profile to available volunteering offers
• Making the process of issuing volunteer certificates more efficient
• Customise and improve the experience on www.euvoluntar.ro
• Send non-commercial or administrative messages (regarding website changes, administration, etc.)
• Provide information on volunteering or other opportunities in the non-governmental sector
• Internal statistics needed to improve the quality of the platform and to develop new functionalities and services.

You are obliged to provide personal data if you wish to create an account in order to benefit from the above-mentioned facilities.

The following personal data - name, gender, age, image, areas of interest, location will be disclosed to third parties, i.e. non-governmental organisations and public institutions, by displaying them on the public profile page. Other personal data, such as e-mail address or telephone number, are disclosed to these organisations, only with the user's consent, at the moment of accepting the invitation to enter the recruitment process for a specific volunteering activity.

All those who have completed the user registration form give their consent for the Asociația Centrul de Cercetare și Formare a Universității de Nord Baia Mare to process personal data for the duration of the data subject's account and to delete them after the data subject's account has been deleted.

According to Law no. 677/2001, you have the following rights: the right to information (art. 12); the right of access to data (art. 13); the right to intervene on data (art. 14); the right to object (art. 15); the right not to be subject to an individual decision (art. 17); the right to apply to the courts (art. 18). You also have the right to object to the processing of personal data concerning you and to request the deletion of data. To exercise these rights, you may submit a written request, dated and signed, to the above-mentioned registered office of the  Asociația Centrul de Cercetare și Formare a Universității de Nord Baia Mare,.

8. Legislation

The rights and obligations of the parties, imposed by these terms and conditions, as well as all legal effects arising from them will be interpreted and governed by Romanian law in force.
